Returns

For hygiene safety reasons, all jewelry sales (earrings, necklaces, etc) are final.  However, contact us directly to report specific questions and/or concerns.  Non-custom items, home decor and wallets are returnable within 14 days of delivery (according to tracking information).  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with the original packaging (e.g. keepsake pouch/box, earring card)

Refunds (if applicable)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) businesses days.

Shipping

Send an email to contact@sowcolecreations.com providing your intent to return a product.  To return the item, mail package to: 44715 Prentice Drive, #2162, Ashburn, Va 20146. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Terms of Service

Sow Cole Creations only collects customer information (via cookies, forms, etc) for the sole purpose of enhancing the customer experience.  By visiting this website, entering data onto the site and/or completing a purchase, you agree to the collection and use of the information for said purpose.  Under no circumstances does Sow Cole Creations sell your personal information.
