Do you offer custom orders?
If you don't see an item in a preferred color or you have an idea in mind for a new piece, please contact us. We would love to design and execute a special creation just for you. There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all custom orders.
I have sensitive skin. Are your creations safe for my skin?
While every individual is different, a common skin allergy occurs as a result of nickel. We use nickel free metals to create our pieces.
How do I return an item?
We know every supporter will love their purchase. However, if for any reason your purchase does not work out, contact us at contact@sowcolecreations.com.
How do I return or exchange a custom item?
When we design a custom piece, we will send you a photo of your design (if desired) to proof and approve. Once you pay for and receive your item, we can not accept returns or exchanges. For specific questions regarding this policy, please contact us at contact@sowcolecreations.com.
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
